Sentence structure:
S+H.V.+Let+O+V1+O.W
According to tense H.V changes..

Simple Present Tense
I,we,you,they,plural = Let
Do in question and negative sentences.
He,she,it,singular = Let
Does + Let in question and negative sentences.
Normally --- V1 + s
When last letter of verb is..
s,ss,sh,o,x,ch,chh --- V1 + es
ex. Teach-teaches, do-does
Structure
P - S + let + s/es + O + V1
N - S + do/does + not + let + O + V1
Q - Do/does + S + let + O + V1?
Wh - Wh + do/does + S + let + O+V1+?
E.x :-
1 શું રામ તને મોબાઈલ વાપરવા દે છે?
= Does Ram let you use mobile ?
= Yes, Ram lets me use mobile.
= No, Ram doesn’t let me use mobile.
Simple Future Tense
Structure
P - S + will+ Let + O +V1 + O.W.
N - S + will + not + Let + O + V1+ O.W.
Q - Will + S + Let + O +V1 + O.W. +?
Wh - Wh + will + S + Let + O + V1?
E.x. :-
1 શું તમે અમને રમવા દેશો?
= Will you let us play ?
= Yes, I will let you play.
= No, I won’t let you play.
Simple Past Tense
Structure
P - S + Let + O +V1 + O.W.
N - S + did + not + Let + O +V1 + O.W.
Q - Did + S + Let + O +V1 + O.W. +?
Wh - WH + Did + S + Let + O +V1 +?

N & Q - did + let
E.x. :-
1 શું તેણે તને ફરવા જવા દીધો ?
= Did he let you go to travel?
= Yes, he let me go to travel.
= No, he did not let me go to travel.
Mix sentences :-
1. बच्चे मुझे खेलने नहीं देते।
બાળકો મને રમવા નથી દેતા.
Children don’t let me play.
2. तुमने उसे जाने क्यों नहीं दिया?
તે શા માટે તેને જવા ન દીધો?
Why did you not let him go?
3. क्या राम ने तुम्हें जाने दिया?
શું રામ તને જવા દે છે.
Did Ram let you go?
4. मैं उसे अपने घर नहीं आने दूंगा।
હું તેને મારા ઘરે આવવા દઈશ નહિ.
I will not let him come my house.
5. मैं किसी को पढ़ने नहीं दूंगा।
હું કોઈને વાંચવા દઈશ નહિ.
I will not let anyone read.
6. सरकार ने हमें भवन नहीं बनाने दिया।
સરકારે અમને બિલ્ડિંગ બનાવવા દીધી નહીં.
Government did not let us build building.
7. क्या आप मुझे मिलने देंगे?
શું તું મને મળવા દઈશ?
Will you let me meet ?
8. मैं तुम्हें राधा से क्यों मिलने दूँ?
હું તને શા માટે વિચારવા દઉં?
Why do I let you meet Radha?
9. मेरी मां मुझे टीवी देखने नहीं देती हैं।
મમ્મી મને T. V.જોવા દેતી નથી.
My mother does not let me watch T.V.
10. हम आपको एक पल के लिए भी सोचने नहीं देंगे।
અમે તને એક સેકન્ડ પણ વિચારવા નહિ દઈએ.
We will not let you think even for a second.
11. राहुल मुझे कोई भी काम अकेले नहीं करने देते।
રાહુલ મને કોઈ પણ કામ એકલા કરવા દેતો નથી.
Rahul doesn’t let me do any work alone.
12. आप हमें बोलने क्यों नहीं देते।
તમે અમને બોલવા શા માટે દેતા નથી.
Why don’t you let us speak.
13. मैं तुम्हें जाने दे रहा हूं।
હું તને જવા દઈ રહ્યો છું.
I am letting you go.
14. मुझे लोगों के साथ जाने दो।
મને લોકો સાથે જવા દો.
Let me go with people.
15. मुझे अब बोलने दो।
હવે મને બોલવા દો.
Let me speak now.
16. होने दो.
તે વાતને જવા દેને હવે.
Let it be.
17. मैं आपको बताउंगा।
હું તને જાણવા દઈશ.(જણાવીશ)
I will let you know.
18. उसे जाने मत दो।
તેને જવા નહિ દેતો.
Don’t let him go.
19. पापा, आपने हमें कभी घूमने नहीं जाने दिया।
પપ્પા, તમે અમને ક્યારેય ફરવા જવા નથી દેતા.
