DOES થી પુછાયેલા વાક્યમાં હકાર yes / positive sentence વાક્યમાં ક્રિયાપદને s / es લાગશે.

 

Rules for s/es:

 

Normally - add S - EAT - EATS

 

LAST Letter - s, sh, ch, o, x, z - es 

 

DO - DOES / GO - GOES

 

LAST Letter - Y - Before last letter a, e, i, o, u - add S

 

PLAY - PLAYS

 
LAST Letter - Y - before last letter any alphabet except a, e, i, o, u - CUT Y - add IES in place of y

 

CRY - CRIES, TRY - TRIES, DRY - DRIES

 

DOES Structure

 

DOES + S + V + O + O.W + ?

DOES ---   HE, SHE , IT, NAME and SINGULAR SUBJECT

DOES + SHE + PLAY + CRICKET + IN GARDEN  ?

YES, SHE PLAYS CRICKET IN GARDEN.
